We start with the error log in system/storage/logs, the modification cache and the vqcache folder, find the clash, and clean it up so the admin and storefront load properly again.
We also add new things: custom modules, payment and shipping extensions, Twig template changes and multi-store setups. Every job begins with a backup of the files and the database. Bigger changes are tried on a copy of the store before they go anywhere near the live one.

My OpenCart admin is just a blank page. Can you fix it?
Usually, yes. The common causes are a bad modification, a PHP version change on the server or a corrupted cache, and we check each one in turn.
Can you take my store from OpenCart 2 to OpenCart 4?
Yes, but treat it as a migration rather than an update. Themes and many extensions will not carry over. We review what you have and quote the whole move.
I use the Journal theme. Can you work on it?
Yes. We edit Journal and other purchased themes as well as custom-built ones, and we keep a record of what we changed.
What access will you need?
OpenCart admin, FTP or hosting panel access, and the database. We take a backup before changing anything.
