We open the Liquid templates, the theme JavaScript and the app embeds in the theme editor, find the line that fails, and fix that. We do not rebuild sections that already work.
Nothing is changed on your live theme. We duplicate it, make the fix there and send you a preview link to check. Once you are happy it gets published, and you get a short note saying what we changed and why. Do I have to give you my Shopify password?
No. We send a collaborator request, you approve it from your admin, and you can remove our access whenever you like.
Will you be editing my live store?
No. We work on a copy of your published theme. When you approve the fix we publish it, and the old theme stays in your theme library in case you want to switch back.
My store is broken right now. How fast can you fix it?
Small, clear bugs are usually fixed in one or two working days. We look at the problem first and give you a realistic time before starting.
An app caused this. Can you still fix it?
Often, yes. We can adjust the theme so it works with the app, strip out code the app left behind, or write a clear bug report for the app developer if the fault is on their end.
How long does it take to build a business website?
A simple website often takes two to four weeks. Bigger sites and online stores take longer. Much depends on how fast we get your content and feedback.
