Social Media Management

If your Instagram last posted three weeks ago and the Facebook page still shows last season's offer, you are not alone. Most owners post when they get a free hour, which means the feed goes quiet exactly when business gets busy.

Why it matters

Why invest in Social Media Management

01

Posts On A Schedule

Your feed gets regular posts on fixed days, not five posts one week and nothing the next.

02

Content With A Purpose

Every calendar is built around what you are selling that month, plus the dates and launches that matter to you.

03

Replies Without The Wait

We check comments and inboxes daily, so someone asking about price is not left hanging.

04

You Approve, We Do The Rest

Planning, design and scheduling come off your plate. You still have the final say on every post.

What you get

What's included in Social Media Management

We take over the routine work on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Pinterest. Each month we draft a content calendar around your offers, seasonal dates and what your audience responds to, send it for approval, and then design, write, schedule and publish. Comments and DMs get answered within the hours we agree, and anything touchy, like a complaint or a refund request, comes back to you before we reply.

The pages stay yours. We are added as users in Meta Business Suite or as page admins, never as owners. At month end you get a short report on reach, engagement, follower growth and the posts that did well, plus a note on what we will change next month.

FAQ

Questions about Social Media Management

Can't find your answer? Call us on +91 99995 89261.

Which platforms can you handle for us?

Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn for most clients, plus X, Pinterest and YouTube community posts when they make sense. Two or three channels done properly beat six done badly, so we usually suggest starting with the ones your customers actually use.

Do I get to see posts before they go out?

Yes. You get the full calendar ahead of time, and nothing goes live until you or someone on your team signs it off.

We are in a different time zone. Does that matter?

Not really. Posts are scheduled for your audience's local time, and we keep set overlap hours for calls and anything urgent.

Are paid ads part of this?

No, ads are quoted separately. That said, we often run both for the same client, so the organic posts and the campaigns back each other up.

Which social media platform is best for my business?

It depends on where your customers spend time. Shops, food and fashion do well on Instagram and Facebook. Service and B2B businesses often do well on LinkedIn and Google.

How often should I post?

Posting regularly matters more than posting daily. Three or four good posts a week is better than daily posts with nothing useful in them.
